Service Scope

The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or service orders. All deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed in writing before project commencement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Orders and Payments

Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are quoted in INR or USD as specified.
We typically require a 50% advance payment before project commencement.
Final payment is due upon delivery of completed content.
Late payments may result in a suspension of work and interest charges of 1.5% per month.

Refund Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for services not rendered are considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding processing fees.

5. Content Delivery and Revisions

Timeline: Contingent upon receiving all required materials; delays on the client-side may extend delivery dates.
Revision Policy: Each project typically includes 2 rounds of revisions. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must align with the original brief.
Approval: If no feedback is received within 7 days of delivery, content is deemed approved and final.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final delivered content. However:

We retain the right to use content as portfolio samples unless otherwise agreed.
Pre-existing methodologies and materials remain our property.
You may not resell our content as a standalone product.

7. Content Standards and Prohibited Use

You are responsible for the factual accuracy and legality of materials you provide. We commit to creating original, plagiarism-free content. We will not create content that promotes illegal activities, contains hate speech, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business strategies, proprietary processes, and financial information secure. We are happy to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or search engine ranking fluctuations.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all work completed to date will be billed, and all outstanding payments become immediately due.

11. Communication & Force Majeure

Official communication must be via @heartfelt.work email addresses. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation and mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
